Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly, is well-known for his distinctive style of rapping. Baker was born on April 22 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. into a family that was of English Scottish and German descent. His parents were missionaries, and in his early years, they traveled extensively together. James Colson Baker was depressed and unemployed, while Sonia Alane, his mother was divorced from his family when he was only nine years old. Baker's dad moved with his son to Denver and the family lived at the home of his aunt. Baker experienced bullying from kids in the neighborhood due to due to his poverty. As a sixth-grader, he began to listen to hip-hop. Colson Kelly Baker was born 22 April, 1990 in Texas in the United States. His music is famous for his ability to mix hip-hop style modern and rock. Baker released four mixtapes prior to joining Bad Boy Records between 2007-2010. With lyrics that were faster than bullet trains, this Cleveland rapper experienced a swift climb to fame in the year.
