Andressa Urach

Andressa first began to date Tiago at the age of fifteen years old. The couple moved in after three months. Arthur Urach Costa, born on May 19, 2005 was the sole son of this couple. Six years later separation, the couple divorced due to marital issues. Andressa moved to the home of her mother together with her son. In six months, Andressa Urach quit her job and placed her son under the care of his father. The main aim of her life was to find a more prosperous life in Sao Paulo. Andressa Urach describes in her book Morri Para Viver how she experienced sexual abuse as a child. She was a victim between the ages of two and eight of being abused by her grandfather who was adopted by her. Andressa could only free herself from the trauma because her foster mother caught Andressa in the act. Andressa moved back to reside with his mom and she didn't know anything about it until Andressa made public her memoir. She claimed in interviews that she achieved what was unattainable prior to her spiritual awakening: forgiveness of her abusive partner. The toughest decisions I've ever made I contacted the man who sexually abused me. It was not an easy thing to make. Although I was not in any way guilty, I sought his forgiveness via phone after many prayer vows. My request for forgiveness wasn't justified. Mariste Urach explains in an interview for Globo what she was feeling after learning of the abuse that her daughter endured. Urach travelled into Rio Grande do Sul's interior to locate the pedophile and take revenge.
