Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American actor and model who has been featured on a variety of television series and films over the last several decades. Her first venture was as a model but once she was recognized internationally, she made the decision to attempt acting. Her acting career started in 1995, when she appeared on the TV series "Baywatch Nights". She also does voice-acting as well as voice-overs for the animated film "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". Harmon began focusing on film around the time of 2000. She then ceased working on television series. After a brief appearance in films and a few TV shows, she returned to acting in TV series. One of the actresses whose nude photos appeared in the issue of 2008 'Allure Magazine'. Her major work has been in the role of the detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles'.
